Source : ANSES, table Ciqual 2025 (mise à jour du 19/11/2025), record 2013, published by ANSES as « Jus d'orange, frais ». DOI : 10.57745/RDMHWY. Data made available under the Open Licence 2.0. ANSES does not endorse or review Radish. Method and sources.

Where these figures come from

The Ciqual table is published by ANSES and describes the French food supply: it pools laboratory analyses, manufacturer submissions and recipe calculations. Radish copies record 2013, published by ANSES as “Jus d'orange, frais”, as it stands; it does not recompute it.

For a drink, the table publishes per 100 g like every other food, while the Nutri-Score scale for beverages reasons per 100 mL: the two readings do not line up. The recipe — sugar, sweeteners, share of reconstituted juice — matters far more than the category.

Of the 17 lines above, 16 carry a number. A cell without a number is not a zero: the source does not publish the amount, or it falls below the measurement threshold.

On 1 line, the source publishes a threshold marker rather than a number: sodium “< 1,11”. One convention applies here and only one: that marker is reproduced word for word in the nutrient’s cell, and no number is invented in its place.

Nutri-Score

Radish does not display a Nutri-Score for this record. The algorithm needs energy, sugars, saturated fat, sodium and fibre; at least one of them is not quantified in CIQUAL 2025 · record 2013 for this food. A missing input is not a zero, and a letter computed on a zero we never measured would be a letter we made up.

Where this record sits among drinks

Radish holds 857 drinks sourced from an institutional table; this record is the 484th energy value in ascending order out of 857. Of the 890 drinks in the database, 857 come from an institutional table and are the only ones counted in these medians. Per 100 g:

These medians pool all the sourced drinks in the database, plain and prepared alike. This position and these medians describe the Radish database, not the quality of a food: they say neither that it should be eaten nor that it should be avoided.
