Source : ANSES, table Ciqual 2025 (mise à jour du 19/11/2025), record 11054, published by ANSES as « Mayonnaise (70% MG min.), préemballée ». DOI : 10.57745/RDMHWY. Data made available under the Open Licence 2.0. ANSES does not endorse or review Radish. Method and sources.

Where these figures come from

The Ciqual table is published by ANSES and describes the French food supply: it pools laboratory analyses, manufacturer submissions and recipe calculations. Radish copies record 11054, published by ANSES as “Mayonnaise (70% MG min.), préemballée”, as it stands; it does not recompute it.

For fats and oils, what separates two records is almost never energy — an oil is fat and nothing else — but the split between saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, of which this table only shows the saturated line.

Of the 17 lines above, 14 carry a number. A cell without a number is not a zero: the source does not publish the amount, or it falls below the measurement threshold.

On 3 lines, the source publishes a threshold marker rather than a number: vitamin d “< 0,5”, vitamin c “< 0,5” and folate (b9) “< 16”. One convention applies here and only one: that marker is reproduced word for word in the nutrient’s cell, and no number is invented in its place.

These medians pool all the sourced fats & oils in the database, plain and prepared alike. This position and these medians describe the Radish database, not the quality of a food: they say neither that it should be eaten nor that it should be avoided.
