Source : ANSES, table Ciqual 2025 (mise à jour du 19/11/2025), record 13016, published by ANSES as « Fruit de la passion ou maracudja, chair sans peau, avec pépins, cru ». DOI : 10.57745/RDMHWY. Where these figures come from

The Ciqual table is published by ANSES and describes the French food supply: it pools laboratory analyses, manufacturer submissions and recipe calculations. Radish copies record 13016, published by ANSES as “Fruit de la passion ou maracudja, chair sans peau, avec pépins, cru”, as it stands; it does not recompute it.

For fruit, variety, ripeness at picking and storage time move sugars and vitamin C the most: two specimens of the same fruit can sit well apart on those two lines without either being wrong.

Of the 17 lines above, 16 carry a number. A cell without a number is not a zero: the source does not publish the amount, or it falls below the measurement threshold.

On 1 line, the source publishes a threshold marker rather than a number: sodium “< 5”. One convention applies here and only one: that marker is reproduced word for word in the nutrient’s cell, and no number is invented in its place.

Nutri-Score

Radish does not display a Nutri-Score for this record. The algorithm needs energy, sugars, saturated fat, sodium and fibre; at least one of them is not quantified in CIQUAL 2025 · record 13016 for this food. A missing input is not a zero, and a letter computed on a zero we never measured would be a letter we made up.

Where this record sits among fruit

Radish holds 628 fruit sourced from an institutional table; this record is the 517th energy value in ascending order out of 628. Of the 650 fruit in the database, 628 come from an institutional table and are the only ones counted in these medians. Per 100 g:

These medians pool all the sourced fruit in the database, plain and prepared alike. This position and these medians describe the Radish database, not the quality of a food: they say neither that it should be eaten nor that it should be avoided.
